what does your team look like.


im starting a new file. and have my team in eggs right now but this is the end result, other than moves or natures(dont care about natures.)

and my team for my team(already done.) im trading all of them over as is, so that i can have them to battle with the whole time.lol

wow my dark team needs good moves:scratch:

too many hyper beams. its a sp atk and scizor doesnt have alot of it. but its nice

hyper beam Type atks are impractical & there is no defense. Not great, from one dark user to another.

ya i know i need some heart scales so that i can work on their moves.lol

what are the natures (Just curious)

only umbreon has a decent nature. natures are important.

natures are the basis of pokemon battling, if their natures are mismatched, the battle can be thrown.

its odd, but natures, alond with ev's, are the DECIDING factors of battle.

without the right ones, you wont be very successful

also

scizor is a physical attacker, so teachin him stuff like hyper beam is impractical. instead, if you have to have a super power move, teach him giga impact.

BUT

moves like hyper beam and giga impact are idol for pkmn such as snorlax, because his defense is high enough for him to take a beating before he dies, so he will be able to recover or rest or soemthing after the super move.



teachin any pokemon hyper beam isnt the best strat
its not even THAT good of a move. you will be better off with something else.

scizor shoudl have a speedy nature, like jolly because it will raise speed and decrease his defense (i think)
because he already has a high attack, train his speed so he will have a better shot at attacking first. then ev trained for speed and atk.

umbreon should have a nature to benefit its defense or sp defense--ex. relaxed, bold, lax, etc. then ev trained for sp def and def. u shouldnt worry about its speed because its a defender. it should be taught annoyer moves used in a strat . like the double team and baton pass combo. stuff liek that.

jolly lower sp atk and raises spd so its even better for him!


but thats exactly right. exe has it on the money. thats what you should do!

absol should be jolly also as well as cacturne. adamant is good too.

ya iknow i just dont want to have to train them all the way up again.lol i learned about the natures after i had all of them past 60/lol

Absol needs Super Luck & Psycho Cut, Night Slash, Sword Dance, & Scope Lens.

the only move i want my absol to learn right now is night slash. other than that im happy with his moves.

Gosh, you guys are so critical. Let him do what he wants. If he wants to improve, let him fall flat on his face. It's the best way to learn. I mean, thats how I learned so much so quickly on k.u.e. (I'm not saying I'm a genius, but I have improved )

ya but ive won so many battles with my absol the way he is. lol i just wanted move sets for my other guys. lol.

ok my team is close to being finished. but im switching out cacturne for dragonite. does anyone think that is a bad idea??? if so what should i swich cacturne out for??? i would prefer a pokemon that can fly.
